1. Digital Products (eBooks, Templates, Courses)

Refunds are NOT provided for:

  • Downloadable files

  • Digital designs

  • Templates

  • Courses

  • PDFs

  • Guides

Once delivered, digital products cannot be returned.

2. Services (Designing, Online Help, Paid Support)

Refunds may be issued ONLY if:

  • Work has not started

  • The wrong service was delivered

  • The service was paid but not provided

Refunds will not be given if:

  • The work is completed

  • The customer changes their mind

  • Incorrect details were provided by the user

3. Payment Issues

If any payment was deducted by mistake:

  • Raise a complaint within 48 hours

  • Provide transaction details

  • Refund will be processed after verification
